The Northern Night Sky
It is quiet here. It is late at night. Everyone is sleeping. But I have jetlag from coming across the world. I walk outside alone. I look up. It is amazing.
ここは静かです。 遅い夜。皆は寝ています。私は時差ぼけある。 一人で外に歩く。 上に見る。すごい。
The sky is a huge dome of stars and other objects that decorate the heavens at night. I don't know much about science, but I can pick out Orion. The dippers. The Milky Way is so amazing, billions of points of light sprinkled across the blue-black sky. It's difficult to believe that it has been there all along. It's been too long since I've gotten this perspective. Thank you God, for reminding me that I and my worries are small.
In Paris, there's no way we can watch the stars. trying to be optimistic, i'd say it's because of the city lights but unfortunately it's because of the pollution. I miss the south of France near Avignon (i used to go on vacation there) where i could spend the night outside watching the sky.

Seb, When I posted this note, I was in Paris! Where I grew up, Paris, Michigan, USA. BUT they tell me that I am one fourth French... so one day, maybe I will make it to Paris. 待ってください。行きたいですよ。

凄い!綺麗!
私は夜空の星を見るのが好きなのですが、東京はほとんど見れません。小さな頃は、よくプラネタリウムに行きました。また近々行こうと思っています。
